Deborah Ingram, MBA, is the founder of MSTS. She named Martha's Solutions after her deceased mother, Martha.  Martha instilled education in Deborah and her siblings at a young age and made them promise to value it and learn as much as possible, but always be a student first. That message always stuck with Deborah and inspired her to become an educator, and she spent 12 years in the classroom. She believes in Interactive Learning, and that intangible has built trusting relationships with her current and former students. She has also facilitated Creative Learning Centers in and outside of the classroom. Additionally, she has produced and delivered creative thinkers because she welcomed innovation and encouraged her students to think 'outside of the box.'  Her motto is "All children can learn, but we must first focus on the whole child."
   Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Language and Literature from Fayetteville State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She attends ongoing Educational programs to stay abreast of the new curriculum and to strengthen her skills.
