Meet Samantha Ingram
Dance Therapy Specialist | Movement Coach | MS Warrior
Samantha “MajestiK” Ingram is a proud alumna of Webster University, holding dual Master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration, along with a Bachelor’s in Dance. With over 25 years of movement experience, her career has spanned performance, education, and the healing arts; including coaching competitive high school dance teams from 2005 to 2012.
A former professional contemporary dancer, Sam understands firsthand the emotional and physical toll that change, trauma, and chronic illness can take on the body. As a multiple sclerosis warrior, she redefined her relationship with dance; not as a performer, but as a healer. Through that journey, she discovered her life’s purpose in dance therapy.
Today, she helps others tap into the healing power of movement; guiding individuals of all ages to explore emotions, build self-awareness, and reconnect with their bodies in affirming, judgment-free spaces. Her trauma-informed approach specializes in anxiety relief, body image restoration, and emotional resilience through dance.
Whether you’re dancing through joy, grief, transition, or recovery, Sam creates a grounded, nurturing space where all bodies and abilities are celebrated.
“My goal is to help every dancer. From curious beginners to seasoned movers find peace, strength, and freedom through movement.”
